2015-01-01 V1.3.3 beta 2:
fixed some issues with the fullscreen mode, now also works with multiple maps
and hides the "normal" page when in fullscreen mode.
2014-12-30 V1.3.3 beta 1:
Following a request in the forum i implemented a new, optional "fullscreen" button.
Also includes an updated french translation by Sergio (thanks!).
2014-12-21 V1.3.2 beta 1: Newest Beta version containing important fixes for the Hillshading and Hike&Bike layers and the German Mapnik rendering.
The server for the Hillshading/Hike&Bike layers has moved to a new location, the old server has been switched off in the meantime.
Be sure to test this version if you are using any of the above map layers!
Should you encounter any problems, please tell me about it - either in the forum (preferred!) or via mail.
It is safe to test: if anything goes wrong, just upload the 1.3.1 version again - it will overwrite the beta version, effectively reversing any changes made.

Btw. this version also includes six new map layers based on OpenStreetMap data.
Be sure to stick to the respective Terms Of Use when using ANY map server!

V1.3.3 - 2014-12-30
New: Fullscreen switch to toggle the map between normal and fullscreen mode
(see the plugin options / map controls tab)
NOTE: this will not work nicely if you have multiple maps on a single page.
Improved: The "map controls and layers" option page has been split into
"map controls" and "map layers". It just got too long with all those new layers.
Improved: The plugin now outputs it's version number in a comment in the html
output so it'll be easier for me to track down problems on live sites
Fixed: attribution on some of the map layers, changed CC-by-SA to ODbl license
GENERAL NOTE: before using ANY map layer, you should check with the supplier
of the map tiles if it is ok to use their tiles! The one's labelled with
"OpenStreetMap
V1.3.2 - 2014-12-22
Added: six new Map Layers:
- Transport, Landscape and Outdoors layers from Thunderstorm (Andy Alan),
who also provides the OpenCycleMap: http://www.thunderforest.com/
- MapQuest from http://www.mapquest.com/
- OpenTopoMap from http://opentopomap.org/
- MeMoMaps Public Transport from Melchior Moos, http://memomaps.de/
IMPORTANT: Please contact Mr. Moos before using this layer on your website. Mr. Moos needs to be informed of usage of his map ahead of time due to traffic limitations, so please ask him before using his map!
Fixed: Mapnik DE layer had CORS problems, now working again
Fixed: Hike&Bike server has moved to new URL, fixed
Fixed: Hillshading layer now disappears below zoom level of 16 instead of showing pink
tiles. Also the server URL had changed, fixed this as well.
Known issues: Hillshading layer does not work in combination with BING(tm) maps.
I can't for the life of me figure out why...

Tested on Joomla 2.5 .. 3.3.3
If you have problems with maps not being displayed under Joomla > 3.3,
go to Advanced Settings in the plugin options and set
"Use jQuery" to "Yes" !
