looking at the source code of your page, it seems that the relative plugin path in your Joomla installation is not "/plugins" (where it usually is) but "/new/plugins".
Go to the advanced plugin options and change the paths for the OpenLayers and OpenStreetMap scripts from "/plugins/content/..." to "/new/plugins/content/...", that should do the trick.
I have a problem: the map is not displayed! Joomla 3.8.6. I followed all the instructions, installed JQuery, clicked YES on advanced> Use Jquery plugin. Deleted html tag. But nothing! see: www.amicidellabicicletta.eu/new/index.ph...o/scarica-i-percorsi
