I changed the Zoom-out. But I set "1" because for "-1" the map was enlarged.

glad to hear it works!

One more thing: you should set the "Zoom-Out" to 1 (plugin options -> GPX Track Settings).

The OpenLayers library tries to automatically zoom the map so that the entire track
is visible on the map, but that doesn't work really well with some tracks.
The Zoom-Out will let the automatic zooming do it's work and then zoom out
one level, so the track can mostly be seen from start to finish right away.

funny - you are the third person within three days that asks the same question
reporting the exact same problem...

so again: go to the plugin Advanced options and change the setting for "use jQuery".

While you are there, also change the Google maps script source to start with
"https" rather than "http" - because your site is running on https, all other
content it loads (including map tiles) must also come from an https source,
so enabling jQuery alone will only get you one step further.

On the website based on Joomla 3.9.5, I used GPXTrackMap ver. 1.4.0 to display the track.

Only the link to download the track, the altitude graph and the full screen button are displayed.
Does not display a map and track. The height in the charts is consistent with the reality, so I think that the trace has been correctly read.
